The Meramec River Home property includes 20 acres (m/l) with approx. 1/2 mile of accessible riverfront offering multiple improvement possibilities for creating income and/or expanding your family's recreation.

Homesites: Up to three 2-acre (m/l) parcels above the flood plain that could be used (or sold) to build additional waterfront homes/cabins. (see light green icons on the overhead view at left).

Camping: The property was a commercial campground years ago and offers plenty of flat, auto accessible sites for camping. Building a raised pavilion along the river bank would provide an excellent gathering place for picnics or overnight campouts.

Water Sports: The Meramec River's water is fresh and great for swimming.There are multiple access points on the property for launching canoes, kayaks and rafts. A jet boat launch could be installed along the river bank or gravel bar.

Hunting & Fishing: Installing a small deer stand might aid in managing our small heard of whitetail deer.The gravel bar on the southeast end of the property provides an excellent way to wade in and remove the small-mouth bass and brown trout that you do not want crowding the river.
